I’m grateful for being blessed with so much in life… for having sisters how always support me for all this years… had a taste of loving parents who raised me until what i am… for having a great life in this world… for having wonderful friend in life who stood by me and entertained me whenever i need them… for every breath that i take and enjoying life as i can….

  1. Complain and then let go (Dump the baggage, the roadblocks to happiness.)
  2. Openly Express Gratitude (The open expression of gratitude promotes happiness.)
